Alfred has won three MAME awards presented by the Master Builders Association. Besides building and remodeling quality homes Alfred has also served on the building advisory board for the city of Mukilteo Washingon.

Kathleen Jubie

Kathleen G. Jubie is the designated broker for Alfred I Jubie Construction Inc and has over 25 years in real estate sales and property management experience.  Her expertise has been focused on new construction, land acquisition, and the spec and customer-building markets.  Kathleen excels and enjoys the creative aspect of promoting real estate and has received several awards from the Master Builders Association for marketing excellence.
